Living the Teachings

Yoga  |  Ayurveda  |  Vedic Wisdom

Hello, I'm Suzanne!

The sages remind us that you carry the capacity to heal and experience freedom.

The traditions of Yoga, Āyurveda, and the Himalayan lineage have always pointed to this truth: that wholeness is not something we acquire — it is something we remember.

My work is an invitation into that remembering. We study the living wisdom of the Bhagavad Gītā and the teachings of Āyurveda not as philosophy to be understood, but as maps to be walked — bringing the teachings into your actions, awareness into the body, and the rhythms of daily life all together.

Together, we tend to the whole person — calming the fluctuations of the mind, steadying the emotional body, and restoring the natural rhythms of sleep, digestion, energy, and immunity through practice and conscious, dharmic living.

This is not a curriculum to complete. It is a path of return — back to the Supreme Self, back to reverence, back to the life that is already waiting within you.

The result: living skillfully and joyfully as the wonder that you are.

Begin with the Bhagavad Gītā

One of the most beloved texts in the yoga tradition — studied not as history, but as a living guide for how to meet this life with clarity, steadiness, and grace.
